Yes. Each portrait is created from your photo with AI tools. We add your lettering ourselves (the AI never writes it), and a real person checks the likeness and details of every order before it goes to print.

A clear, well-lit photo in focus, with the face and eyes visible. Close-ups work best. Please skip filters, heavy edits and sunglasses. Tell us anything to leave out (a leash, a busy background) or keep (a favorite collar or glasses).

Each portrait is made from one photo, so upload a photo with everyone in it. Pets in separate photos? Make a portrait of each and get them as a set: 2 ornaments are $44.99 and 3 are $59.99, and each one can have a different portrait.

Up to 4. On small items like ornaments, 1 or 2 subjects look best. With 3 or 4, each face is smaller, so a clear, close photo matters even more.

Yes. You see your portrait before you pay, and you can try other styles first. After you order, a real person checks it again before it's printed. If something looks off, we'll email you before printing.

We add the text ourselves in clean lettering. The AI doesn't write it, so it's spelled exactly as you type it. Please double-check spelling and capitals. You'll see the name and year on your ornament preview before you add it to your cart.

Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping 2–5 business days. Christmas 2026: order by Tuesday, December 8 for delivery by Christmas with standard US shipping. Delivery dates are estimates; if a Christmas order arrives after Dec 24, we remake or refund it. We ship within the US only for now.

Ornaments are flat, 100% ceramic (2.8" round or 3.2" heart) with a soft matte printed face. Canvases are gallery-wrapped, framed prints use matte art paper, mugs are glossy ceramic, and blankets are velveteen plush. Every product page lists the details.

Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. You see the portrait on our site and the emails come to you, so the surprise stays a surprise. Add a white or gold gift box to an ornament for a ready-to-give present.

Yes. Ornaments are 1 for $24.99, 2 for $44.99 and 3 for $59.99, and each one can have a different portrait or name. Add the digital file to any printed order for $9.

Email us a photo of the issue at hello@photoodle.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll remake it for free or refund you, and you don't need to send it back. Since every item is personalized, we can't take returns for a change of mind.
