Because every item is personalized with your photo and text, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Our remake guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or the likeness isn't right, email a photo of the issue to hello@photoodle.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll remake it for free or refund you, your choice. No need to send the item back.

Before you order, you see a digital preview of your portrait and can try other styles, so there are no surprises.

Good to know

We print exactly the text you send us, so double-check spelling. Screens show colors a little brighter than printed products, which isn't considered a defect.

Digital files can't be refunded once they've been sent, unless the file is faulty.
