Who we are

Photoodle is operated by Zpixellabs LLC, a US company. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order and to run this website.

What we collect

Order details: your name, shipping address and order information, whether you order on our website or through our Etsy shop.

Your personalization: the names and text you type and the photo(s) you upload.

Your email address, when you make a preview, order, sign up for updates or send us a message.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Basic, anonymous website statistics from Vercel Analytics (pages viewed, country, device type). It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally.

Ad measurement: if you arrive from one of our ads, Meta's pixel (a cookie) and Conversions API tell Meta which visits led to a purchase, so we can see which ads work. We send your email address to Meta only in hashed (scrambled) form.

How we use it

To create your portrait, show you your preview, print and ship your order, and answer your questions. If you make a preview and don't order, we may send you one reminder email. If you sign up for updates, we email you about Photoodle, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help make and deliver your order: fal.ai (the AI tools that create your portrait), Printify (our US print and shipping partner), Supabase and Vercel (secure storage and hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments), plus Meta for ad measurement as described above.

We never sell your information or your photos.

Your photos

Your photos are used only for your order. We don't post them, use them in ads or share them publicly without your written permission.

We don't create or keep facial-recognition data.

How long we keep it

We delete uploaded photos and previews 30 days after you make them. Final print files are kept for 90 days after your order, so we can remake it under our guarantee, and then deleted.

Photos you upload through Etsy also stay in your Etsy order, which is covered by Etsy's own privacy policy.

Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices

Want your photos deleted sooner, or a copy of the data we hold about you? Email hello@photoodle.com and we'll take care of it within 48 hours. (Once photos are deleted, we can't remake the order.)
