About these terms

These terms apply when you use photoodle.com or order from Photoodle, which is operated by Zpixellabs LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them.

AI-created artwork

Portraits are created with AI tools and checked before printing. You see a watermarked preview before you pay, and a real person on our team reviews the likeness, the details and your lettering before your order is printed. Each portrait is unique, so small details may vary from your photo.

Your photos

Please only upload photos of people and pets you have permission to use. You keep all rights to your photos and give us permission to use them only to create and deliver your order.

We may decline photos that are inappropriate or that use someone else's copyrighted artwork. If we do, we'll ask for a different photo or refund you.

If a photo can't give a good result (too blurry, too dark, or the face is hidden), we'll email you for a better one or refund you.

Previews and printing

You see a digital preview before you order and can try other styles first. The printed item is made from the portrait you chose, without the watermark.

We print exactly the text you send us, so please double-check spelling. Screens show colors a little brighter than printed products, which isn't considered a defect.

Cancellations

To cancel, email hello@photoodle.com as soon as possible. We can cancel and refund any order that hasn't gone to print yet, usually within the first few hours. Once printing starts, we can't cancel, because your item is made just for you.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Production takes 2–5 business days after your order is checked, and standard tracked shipping takes 2–5 business days. Shipping is free to all US addresses. Delivery dates are estimates; if a Christmas order arrives after Dec 24, we remake or refund it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
